It is not new for La Banque Postale to take the gamification approach in its innovative HR management. It is important to be creative in addressing a serious matter such as Risk Management in the banking industry. To be able to get all employees on board with the training, La Banque Postale collaborated with Emeraude Escape to create a digital escape room where all fundamental risks can be informed to their employees in a mesmerizing way.
The objective of using an Escape Room is to increase motivation and engagement of the employees. The employees have to go through three game scenarios developed around the wonderful city of La Banque Postale. The game can be played on both solo and multiplayer mode.
Scene 1: Museum
The first part of the game takes place at the museum where players have to identify specific objects that represent the major threats in risk management.
Scene 2: Casino
For the second part, the players are taken into the casino. A deck of cards will be shown to the players and they have to choose the correct cards that could allow them to rule out the risks inflicted.
Scene 3: City of La Banque Postale
The players find themselves in the city again. A series of risk related questions are asked and when the players find the correct answers to eliminate the threats, the totem of protection evolves and gives a shield over the city to protect against all possible risks.
