Most of the gamified hybrid/classroom training we have developed for our clients consists of storytelling games and scenario-based games. Quizzes, puzzles, memory games, and matching games can be integrated into the training based on your learning content.

Requirements:

The material and technical requirements for classroom-type gamified training only required a screen. Teams can either write their answer or respond directly on their phone.

The Classroom format can also be played remotely through Teams.

Room Setup:

  • Adequate space for team collaboration and movement.
  • Comfortable seating arrangements for groups.
  • Proper lighting to facilitate screen visibility.

By meeting these requirements, the classroom training can be conducted smoothly and effectively.

Carrefour chose Classroom–Phygital format to create a custom gamified training called ‘Tous Digital’ for employees across different sectors, immersing them in a virtual world. The game targets a diverse workforce, including digital-savvy HQ employees and field employees with limited tech use. Developed in under 2 months, the gamified training aims to train 85k employees within 3 weeks. Every detail of Carrefour’s 3D town was carefully crafted to ensure a unique learning experience. The ‘Tous Digital’ training is divided into three parts, each delivering key learning objectives.
