Emraude conceptualised and developed  an immersive 3D onboarding journey for new joiners of Rabanne, an icon Parisian luxury maison. This interactive experience allows learners to explore the brand’s heritage, engage with products, and master luxury storytelling through gamified challenges and quizzes.
Anchored in Rabanne’s distinctive aesthetics, the onboarding experience combines puzzles and narrative-driven quizzes, providing a visually captivating and educational introduction to the brand. Accessible across multiple languages, this adaptive learning format ensures a consistent onboarding experience for international teams.

Onboarding Experience Optimised with Adaptive Learning

The onboarding journey combines adaptive learning with interactive challenges, quizzes, and cinematic storytelling. The experience dynamically adjusts to each learner’s pace and location, tailoring content and challenges to reflect the specific market or country they belong to. As learners progress, they explore Rabanne’s history, iconic Parisian locations, and products in ways that are relevant and meaningful to their role. Mini-games and puzzles encourage active participation, reinforcing brand knowledge and sales skills.

Structured across five chapters, the onboarding allows learners to save their progress after completing a full chapter. If they pause mid-chapter, they will need to restart that chapter when they resume. This approach ensures that each section is fully absorbed while still providing flexibility for learners to engage with the onboarding at times that suit them, making the experience both adaptive and mobile-friendly.

GAMEPLAY:
A Time-Travel Adventure Through Rabanne’s Heritage

Players begin by discovering the iconic Rabanne medallion, which transports them through a historical journey across the brand’s milestones. To return to the present, learners explore four key locations:

  • Hotel George V
  • The Black Sugar Club
  • Centre 57
  • The Montaigne Avenue Boutique

In each location, participants tackle interactive challenges and quizzes, learning the history, products, and codes of luxury associated with Rabanne.
