This microlearning format allows them to enhance their product knowledge while testing their reflexes through gamified quizzes and puzzles, even during breaks.

Anchored in Rabanne’s avant-garde aesthetics, it combines interactive modules and mini-challenges centered on the Christmas collections. Designed mobile-first and integrated with the Teach on Mars LMS, it is available in 7 languages for rapid international adoption.

How Rabanne’s Gamified Microlearning Works

This microlearning journey combines quizzes, immersive videos, and content-related questions. Learners develop knowledge about sales techniques, perfumes and their scents, and competing brands to strengthen their expertise in the Rabanne universe.

Players test their olfactory expertise through fragrance-matching challenges and sales simulations, unlocking exclusive rewards as they complete the final challenges. A fun and educational experience, it is designed to enhance the expertise of Rabanne teams.
