L’Artisan Parfumeur, a luxury fragrance house owned by Puig, has presented an interactive brand experience focused on its origins and signature products to all its employees worldwide through a mobile learning game. The game was created using Articulate 360 Storyline and integrated into the Teach on Mars LMS.
Emeraude has chosen Storyline for the design and development of this microlearning experience, enabling the team to accelerate project completion within the given timeframe while meeting the goals and expectations of Artisan Parfumeur.

This engaging puzzle-driven game blends educational content with exploration, set within an elegant Parisian apartment. Players interact with different sections of the apartment that are dedicated to 9 learning modules and solve puzzles to learn about the history of L’Artisan Parfumeur and its new home collection.
The user journey involves exploring the brand’s products–such as Boule d’Ambre(Amber Ball) and five candles, while gaining knowledge on their origins, features, and client service advice. A guided, interactive map takes players from one room to another, unlocking new content after each quiz.

Scenario:
Players enter a Parisian apartment that symbolises the luxurious and refined world of L’Artisan Parfumeur. They are introduced to the essence of the French “Art de Vivre.” As players navigate through the space, each element serves as a focal point for the learning modules. They interact with the surroundings, learning about product craftsmanship, perfume traditions, and client engagement strategies through various puzzles and activities. The game experience results in a deeper understanding of how to present these iconic products to clients.
