Carolina Herrera, the New York-founded luxury fashion and beauty house, partnered with Emeraude Escape to design a mobile-first product training experience celebrating the 10th anniversary of the Good Girl fragrance collection. The objective: equip beauty advisors worldwide with concise, high-impact training aligned with the anniversary milestone and the launch of Good Girl Jasmine Absolute.
Anchored in the Good Girl universe and its iconic stiletto codes, the experience unfolds across four dedicated showrooms, each immersing learners in the visual and olfactive identity of one fragrance in the collection: Good Girl Eau de Parfum, Very Good Girl, Good Girl Blush, and Good Girl Jasmine Absolute. Designed for completion in 7 to 10 minutes and available in 3 languages, the journey ensures consistent, scalable product training for global retail teams.
The training was designed around a clear retail constraint: deliver impactful reinforcement within a short, mobile-first format suitable for in-store use. Built in Articulate Storyline and deployed via Teach on Mars LMS, the experience creates a collection-driven learning path rather than isolated product modules.
Scavenger Hunt
Applied to Very Good Girl and Good Girl Eau de Parfum, the Scavenger Hunt mechanic invites learners to navigate curated showroom spaces where the iconic stiletto bottle, polka-dot motifs, and the Manhattan skyline set the scene. Learners recover missing ingredients, composition elements, and key descriptive power words. As each element is identified, the stiletto bottle progressively fills, visually reconstructing the fragrance identity.
This mechanic strengthens ingredient recognition, composition memory, and rapid recall. A timer-based scoring system reinforces focus and engagement, while integrated feedback ensures knowledge absorption before progression.

Mood Board Creation
Applied to Good Girl Blush and Good Girl Jasmine Absolute, Mood Board Creation shifts the learning focus toward emotional storytelling. Learners scroll through curated visual and verbal elements, selecting those that best express each fragrance’s personality, values, and addictive signature. Incorrect selections return automatically, encouraging associative thinking and refinement of selling language.
The experience reinforces: olfactive structure and key ingredients, fragrance personality traits such as Fearless, Flirtatious, Bold, and Addictive, occasion-based positioning and fragrance differentiation, and anniversary storytelling linked to the 10-year celebration.
Progression follows a structured unlock logic. The Good Girl Jasmine Absolute showroom becomes accessible only after completing the challenges for the three core fragrances, ensuring full understanding of the collection before exploring the anniversary launch. The experience is replayable, with final rankings displayed at completion, encouraging repeated practice and continuous product refresh.
GAMEPLAY:
An Anniversary Celebration Across Four Fragrance Showrooms
The learner receives an exclusive invitation to Carolina Herrera’s Good Girl anniversary event in a New York-inspired setting.
Four showrooms await. In the Scavenger Hunt showrooms, the learner plays detective: scanning the space for hidden ingredients, composition notes, and power words scattered across polka-dot displays and skyline backdrops. In the Mood Board Creation showrooms, the challenge shifts. The learner becomes a creative director, assembling a story they can retell in conversation with clients.
Only after mastering the first three fragrances does the final door open: Good Girl Jasmine Absolute, the anniversary edition. The clock is ticking, precision and speed earn a higher score. A leaderboard captures the final score.
